Moves in the Field

Moves in the Field. Single-Channel. HD. 20:00. Color. Sound. 2012.

A group of actors respond to a finite set of directions including walk, pause, turn, look at each other or the camera. Constantly changing views of their spatial relationships are framed to reveal the smallest shifts in affect, focus or intention. A heightened sense of drama, psychological imperative, and potential scenarios gradually emerge, and then fade out of this anti-spectacular situation.
